Domain selection was scheduled for December. But we're strongly considering postponing it. We don't want people away on holiday missing out.
Thats BS lol, anyone who has paid for this game will tune in regardless of where they are, it is supposed to last multiple weeks so putting it off is just strange.
It last multiple weeks total, not multiple weeks per phase. So, it makes sense to not do it over the holidays.
What if your "window" fell in the middle of you being on the road travelling or something?
An extra few weeks delay on DS won't hurt anyone.
I think it depends on your title and if it will affect you or not.
Me personally, i have no royalty/rank/nobility so this weekend is good for me xD
Away for the holidays for me means at mine or my wifes parents, where wifi is aplenty.
Some people though, away for the holidays could be hawaii, or a cabin in the mountains. So for the rich people with cabins in the mountains, I can see the argument to wait.
Point still stands that anyone who is backing COE would make it a point to be involved from wherever they are. None of the Monarchs will be out of range lol

Well unless they posted the official rules on how long it will last, you are just flat out assuming here.
Not that I disagree with them skipping the holidays. If anything happens, they have to cut into their holiday time. But posting information as facts, just don't.
