Voxelyria was scrapped in favor of Prelyria which uses the unreal 4 engine with low poly graphics so they can test more game mechanics, more accurately, and with easy asset implementation.
Frankly it looks awesome. It was announced here there was some more pics here.
Unfortunately we do not currently have a release date for Prelyria yet, but with how things have been chugging right along, I am feeling optimistic for it to be on the horizon.
