In the event there is a widespread issue that we are aware of and in the process of fixing, it isn't always possible for us to respond to 20 forum posts in addition to support tickets. Sometimes to volume is great and it is more important, especially in a time-limited event, for us to resolve the issue first, and then get back to everyone. This benefits the most amount of folks and while we are sorry we cannot always get back to you as quickly as we would like, we certainly do our best.
