Vesenia’s county’s most notable institution is their Navy Academy. The best Sailors are trained here. They are trained to be able to take control of the sea fairs. This will allow them to protect their homes from all harm that may be resting beyond Thearyn’s bank. The Academy focuses on not only how to sail, but some combat as well. It is important that the coast is protected by potential threats.
There are two paths main paths at the Navy Academy, but once can focus on the skills they deem fitting for their own goals. It is quite possible to balance ship support and sea defense, depending on play style and Elyria’s game mechanics:
Ship Support: Sea crafting: can either learns what it takes to develop and expand technologies of the ship. Students also may go into other skills that would be of use on a ship. Many of these students strive to become ship cooks, medics and other boatswain.
Sea Defense: Students of the Thearyn duchy who strive to train as a sailor. Many are striving to gain the position as a cobalt officer upon graduation. They mainly focus on becoming a Captain, First Mate, Sailing Master, or other boatswain.
