Gift sent to wrong Account

Hi Sbs,

I bought a Faceless Owl during the Longest Night Promotion, and wanted to gift it to my friend SorynGalin. However, I sent it to an account named Soryn, not realizing SorynGalin did not get the owl until the promotion has ended.

Is there any way you can help?

You would have to email support about the issue however I do not believe there is anything that really can be done in this instance. That’s why you have to check and and double check before sending things ~
