If you have 2 mayor titles it should appear there.

I too claimed the mayor title and it does show in my inventory. So why am I still shown as prietor and not mayor?

I'm going to bump this up because I just did the same thing and it's in my inventory but the title on my account still says Propriator. Anybody know about this?

My guess would be your account title is linked to the pledge you've done and the sister settlement you bought does not come with a new pledge. So you are a proprietor with a mayor title.

I might be wrong though.

Claiming a title bundle will not change your pledge level. If you pledged at proprietor then after claiming your title, it will remain in your inventory, simply claimed now and you will still have a proprietor level pledge. Examples:

As far as the OP, if you haven't submitted a support ticket yet concerning being unable to redeem tokens, and you are 100% sure that you have claimed properly, I highly suggest emailing [email protected], as Matriarch suggested, to submit a help ticket and get that resolved prior to selection.
