Sadly none of the tasting phases haven't started yet and we don't have dates yet for when each them is going to start. At the moment the highest pack includes Alpha 2 access only so you will have to wait for a while in any case.

What Rofus said, the highest testing access you can get right now is Alpha 2, so if you just want to get Alpha 2 access, you can just get the Elyrian Pledge and then buy Alpha 2 access from a La Carte.

If you buy one of the founder packs, say the bloodlines, with the souls it comes with could more than one player use them?
Say your significant other wants to play and you pay $135 for the bloodlines pack, could two people use that pack or just one? Or do they both have to spend $135 for a pack each?
The three souls you get (which all packs come with) are used to make alt characters on the same account, and it would stand that only one character could be online at a time, (like making three characters in WoW).
However if you and say your significant other want to be part of the same bloodline, only one would need to purchase it, the other could grab the base Elyrian pack and marry into the family.
But Souls and Sparks will be account bound
