I understand your desire for a lore section, but there are some reasons why it is not likely to be, IMO:

(1) Much of the lore is still being developed, and it's easier to change that which has not yet been made public.

(2) It is intended that players discover much of the lore while playing.

(3) The developers really don't have time to create a definitive lore collection and curate it appropriately.
