How do I use the Count upgrade package? I have the Mayor in my inventory but how is that Count Upgrade NOT useless if it can not be used?
I have them both in my inventory but I can't use them and my status is unchanged
same here paid $85 dollars for the mayor title but where is it displayed besides inventory. Where do i clam it? Can i claim it? When do they send me my time slot for picking domains?

The count upgrade is used automatically. It upgrades 1 mayor title in your inventory to count.
If you only see details it is already claimed.
If you want to see your time to pick it is located on the domain and settlement maps page.
If you did not lock in your server before August 19th you will not be able to see your pick time as you will pick after the mayor week.

And if I have the count upgrade, used, but it does not show a count pick time? If its over 14 days from now is that still a count pick time?

As you can read in the upgrade description:
“This item does not change admission time or pick week”
This way if you are in the last group of mayors and you are buying the county upgrade your pick time will not change and you have to wait till 16th of September till you can claim the county.
