Main Mission
Collect, breed and train the wildlife of Elyria for the purpose of domesticated animal exploitation within Caelidor, Xeilias and abroad.

Motivations and Services:
- Collection of exotic animals.
- Genetic engineering targetting specialized roles.
- Taming and training for privately owned animals.

- Breeding beasts of burden and draft animals.

Required Staff:
- Breeders - Besides the obvious, needs to selectively breed desired traits for targetted purposes.
- Trainers - Domesticate and train wild animals and provide related commercial services.
- Merchants - Will be responsible for finding customers as well as transporting animals safely to both local and distant locations.
Preferred Staff
- Ranchers - Responsible for the overall maintenace of the captive populations.
- Trappers - On a per contract basis, obtain live fauna for the organization as well as private parties.
- Farmers, Fishermenn and Hunters - Providers of sustainability for both staff and captive animals.
Compensation, Incentives and Free Time
In general, an employee will be paid with free room and board for setting their OPC script to help manage the day-to-day business. Any active play time for the character does not have any significant restrictions, allowing the player to pursue their own goals even if not directly working for the organization. All players will have the freedom to do as they please, as long as their absence does not prevent the OPC script from taking effect daily. In any cases of extended leave, only a simple notification of the expected time away is expected from the employee. The amount of time allowed away from the premises is unlimited, with excessive time away potentially requiring the employed status to be temporarily suspended.
Additional incentives will be available in the form of research and breeding goals. An example of such a goal will be to successfully breed a trait into an animal, say a horse, to be faster, stronger or in some way better suited for the desired task. Other paid incentives may be to improve animal husbandry tools and practices used either by the organization or a paying client.
The commission arrangement allows total flexibility for the employee to be as expensive or as competitive that the market requires. The only limit to the employee cut is how much the buyers are willing to pay. All commission for sales completed by an employee is calculated as so:
(Price of Sale) - (Base Cost) = (Employee Cut)
Price of Sale - the agreed upon price between the client and employee.
Base Cost - the price set by the organization for the specific animal.
Employee Cut - the total monetary gain by the employee.
The last form of compensation is the payment for transportation of cargo. The amount awarded for a successful transport will likely depend on many factors that cannot be currently specified. So, these contracts and their payments will be up for discussion on a per-case basis.
