On the cape which protrudes from shores of the swamps of Al’Khezam, lies a seaside town called Jawahra. Its people are fond of waters, both fresh and salt. They learn to swim, sail, and dive from an early age. They not only mastered the seas for travel, but also for habitation. Their architectural focus on living in harmony with the wetlands are inspiration for all who see their buildings.
Jawahra aims to be a coastal trading port and one of the points of entry into the royal county of Dahleya. Jawahra purposes to be a gateway for trading with the capital of Delmunÿa.
Additionally, Jawahra will become a naval base for one of the fleets of Al’Khezam. Building ships and training sailors will provide a large number of opportunities in the town.
Lastly, Jawahra aims to be known for its construction and architecture. Being able to easily import exotic materials, and in an ideal location to work creatively with water provides Jawahra with excellent architectural opportunities. The biggest architectural project will be a monumental lighthouse on the farthest protrusion of the cape.
Jawahra’s location will be central to its identity. With a close connection to the Kingdom’s capital, Delmunÿa, and being in King Usifan’s home county provides many opportunities for growth in the mercantile and military professions.
In order to achieve the above goals, we are looking for citizens who are motivated to work and develop themselves in these areas. On top of this, those willing to set up supply chains for our ship building, monumental lighthouse, and other constructions are more than welcome!
