An email came out on August 28th saying DSS was live. Everyone has already picked. The map will open again on October 7th and you will be able to claim from what is left.

But can we? telling me claiming is not enabled.
The site went instantly down when it was enabled.

Apparently some lucky folks got in yesterday and made their selections while the team cycled the DSS tool on and off while testing potential fixes.
Still mostly offline at this point as far as I've heard unless something changed overnight
