If he had a pledge package already, then the only way he could buy another one of the same kind would be to buy it as a gift and it should show up in his account inventory which you can see if you click here.

And then I would suggest he makes sure it is sorted by 100 because it is easier to find things.

Labbe is correct you can't buy two of the same remaining titles in the store. You can only buy one and another as a gift. He may not notice the two different titles in his inventory.
