Tell them your issue, give as much relevant info as you can and it will open a support ticket for you and SbS will help you out from there.

Respond times are about 72 hours on holidays and weekends, buy they are pretty good about getting stuff like this fixed.

Did you go through the process of verifying the email address changes on the original email followed by on the new email address?
