I just purchased 100 ep off the store, I originally was at 1880 now at 1990.

So it gave 110 EP instead of 100 EP?

You had 1890 before.

Count Tier: 1390 EP
EP 400 : 400 EP
EP 100 * 2 = 200 EP

Total: 1990 EP.

Ah ok it must of been a display issue? as in it showed different to what it was in the backround?
