I currently have $50 in credit for the Merchandise Store leftover from the Kickstarter. I would like to spend that money on a 600 IP package. Unfortunately , my debit card is not supported on whatever system you use. I am not looking to make a new purchase, exactly; I just want to spend the money I've already given you folks.
Have you made sure you have applied the merchandise credit? When you go to checkout you can choose how much you want to use and then click the apply button next to it.
