Same for me. Time is correct on recent post feed, and on individual threads such as this one, but on General Discussion sub-forum for example it is as the OP states.
Since the 2.7 update glaive posted about all of the forum stamps for last reply time have been in gmt instead of my native CST.
"last login" under the profile also shows in GMT for me.

Everything showing up as BST for me, which is my normal time zone. Is your location information on your profile set correctly? Are you using a VPN or something like that?
Edit: Ah misunderstood that it is only last reply on the main forum sections. Can't see that time in mobile. My bad!

edit, I was wrong on that,
but yes time zone is correct on location information, you can see my local time on the clock in screenshot.
and it started the first time I refreshed the forum after glaive posted about the update.
and no on vpn.
