1 Question : Can enemy tribes married ( to each other ) 2 Question :if so Children's will have mix skills ? 3 Question: enemy tribes will never be accepted at the opposite kingdom ( mercenary and etc )?

  2. Yes (but not all of the skills and at varying proficiencies)
  3. We don't know yet how opposing tribes react to one another yet

Actually to the third question, Caspian on Discord said that there are opposing tribes, we just haven't gotten to them yet. But that's only in the beginning of the game, but could very well change based on the interactions of the players.
