I see that page in "Lorem Ipsum" as well, however I don't find that link accessible by clicking through the SbS site.

How did you navigate to the Lorem Ipsum version?

The link to that page is in the "Latest News" block on the home page. In other words, yes it is public.

Avid wiki editor, with a special interest in categories, navboxes, and infoboxes.
