Bit late off the mark - somehow I missed the discussion. Better late than never though. Ideas for swampy / wetland mounts?

My first - an odd long legged, long necked grazer. Often dwelling in rivers and shallow water, it feeds from algae at the bottom of the waterways. It's body has evolved natural deadwood style markings, giving it the appearance of a floating log in the waterway.

Out of ground, it's gangly legs move at a fair speed akin to an ostrich, with movement amusingly bouncy in it's gait. It is weak however and relies on running and hiding for survival.
