Personally I am not fond of this idea. That was last year's goals, we should instead have new goals separate from last year, or it seems not worthwhile to me.
Hopefully if we reach all the goals, they come up with some new great ones!
Gotta agree with Apetus, for what it's worth.
I missed last years Kickstarterversary, and I really regret not being able to get old souls, or that some of these milestones like Mydarri at launch weren't hit, but I like even less the idea of bringing these things back to try again for them.
Give us something new to be excited about and let the people that did or didn't earn things in the past keep their consequences good or bad :P
In my most humble opinions, anyways.
As great as that sounds, I'd like to understand the impact to the development timeline before adjusting the project scope even further. At some point, I do want to play the game and not just buy stuff.

On mydarri at launch, how would the devs fit them into the preexisting maps? I mean, the biomes and tribes have already been seeded and people have picked their towns with no mydarri in them, so I don't see it as a viable stretch goal.

Even if their biome won't be reachable off the coast from the mainland somewhere anymore, there was still the plan of also seeding them into the populations on the mainland that could still be done. It won't have the same impact as the original goal, but that's just fair considering we missed it the first time.
I'm Astral Dreaming about some more reward milestones. My suggestion is an Electric boogaloo kit.

I would like to see more goals just nothing that's going to make the game take longer to come out and no unlockable tech.
As said before, longs as the goals don't postpone the lauch of the game; i'm ok with that.
As more reward, I would personally prefer things that don't impact the final game's development time, but instead help us enjoy parts of the game now-ish. Ideas off the top of my head include:
