I know there will be no classes. But I was wondering about skills like hiding, pickpocket moving in shadows, black market items in the game. I have not seen much of the character that wants to be played like a thief or an assassin. I also would like info on hiding outs will there be cover identity if your being chased by the law.

There is a tree called deviant that is almost exactly what your described. Disguises, pick pocketing, lock picking, forgery,stealth, etc...

A Black Market can be created by players in game. Kingdoms can actually ban certain items. You sale those items and boom black market.
