Role in the Duchy:

Training of the Order and some training of certain military roles.

The Town will primarily be set up to train members of the Order and certain military roles for the duchy. Outside of this, any and all are welcome. The town/city will be set up in a very militaristic fashion as close to the capital of Caeruleum as possible.
