The Grand Master always comes from the founding family of the guild. He or she, together with guild leaders, makes the decisions concerning all guild branches. Examples of this are the inclusion of a new branch or new research projects. The Grand Master may lead a local branch, but may delegate this as well.
The local branches of the guild are run by masters of the guild. These masters lead the individual branches independently on their own responsibility.
After completion of the apprenticeship, the former apprentices receive the rank of a journeyman and are full-fledged members of the guild.
New members of the guild receive the rank of an apprentice and must first prove themselves. Usually, the apprenticeship is 4 weeks, but may vary depending on the branch of the guild.
No longer active guild members.
Maintained together with the Grand Master together the guild fund and is accountable to the guild council and grandmaster. The treasurer will keep a book of all incomings and outgoings. Guild masters can at any time inspect the treasurer's records.
The secretary is almost the diplomat of our guild. He assists the Masters and the Grand Master in the maintenance of relations with external bodies, such as other guilds.
The guild council consists of the Grand Master and the individual masters of the branches. In addition, the secretary and treasurer participate without voting rights. In the guild council all important decisions are discussed, but the final decision lies with the Grand Master. Themes can be introduced into the Council by all masters.
Branches are run by the guild masters. A branch may be confined to a single settlement, but may include larger areas such as a county or several counties.
It should be noted that, as a rule, individual guild branches pay for any incurred costs by themselves. Exceptions to this can be made, e.g. Costs for schools, workers or other cross-border matters. In the guild council, a decision with a 2/3 majority can be taken to make the appropriate costs at the expense of the guild fund. Why this? Each guild branch knows best what infrastructure it needs. Since every branch must pay for the costs of the respective infrastructure, this ensured that no unnecessary infrastructure is created.

Loans for local projects, new branches or members can be awarded from the guild fund.
A contribution is made to finance the guild activities. The exact height and division is determined for the game release in the guild council. The contribution amounts should be cost-covering and include a sum to be agreed in the guild council for reserve formation.
