this was my question aswel. I will be a Hrothi mayor looking for a king/queen count/countess or a duke or duchess to align to. I strife to make the Hrothi GREAT AGAIN!! ;P
You have to wait for land selection and i am sure one King will pick Brudvr-Hrothi

Not really though cos there could be a Duke out there somewhere that has not yet allied to a particular Kingdom who is so determined to be Hrothi that they will join whatever Kingdom chooses Hrothi, so they could give assurances now that they will be Hrothi.
