About the County:
Looking for a place to call home after a long day of adventuring, crafting, or selling? Rest your head in Argentariis, a place where all are welcome. Artisans and merchants can set up shop, and sell their goods in a dedicated market.
The County’s primary focus is on research, always learning how to make bigger and better things. The secondary focus is on artisan and trade hub, where everyone can create, and sell whatever it is they want We are seeking people who are like minded individuals, and those who wish to build a community and work together.
The goal of this county is to offer artisans and merchants discounted living spaces, or work spaces, so you can learn and continue your craft. Having a space dedicated to your craft in the beginning can mean settling down sooner, and being able to learn things quicker, and refine your talents. The only thing the County requires of you is a small percentage of your profits for taxes for the Duke (pending tax mechanics in game). This percentage should be enough to only cover the taxes needed for the Duke, but if the profits gathered from the merchants and artisans exceeds the amount of taxes owed, the rest of the money will go back into our County, to improve infrastructure as well as to help with researching new technologies. No money will go to the Nobility of the County, just so they can have it. Money given from the people will only be used for the people.
