I had purchased alpha 1 access, then purchased Mayor package which is Alpha 2. So instead of alpha 1, I am alpha 2 on my account. Is this able to be fixed? Thanks for your time!

This issue happened to me as well. I had purchased the Elyrian package originally. Then decided to get the Alpha I access. I now decided to get the Founder's package, and it took away my Alpha access I paid for and replaced it with Beta access. I will send an e-mail to the address listed above, but wanted to report it as a bug here.
