Overview
In the county seat of Baldreth's Crossing, we strive to devote ourselves to our craft and the production of our goods, be them masterful weapons with quality warranting lineage inheritance or sturdy tools used in everyday activities. On the other side of the same coin, there can't be all work and no play. We will also have regular events and daily activities in the town to ease your troubles after long hours tending your craft.
As a production town, we aim to provide material goods to the rest of the county, duchy, and beyond. Our focuses will be military armaments and daily tools, but to support such an endeavor we will need citizens of every walk of life. From merchants and clothiers to tavernkeeps and farmers, everyone is welcome here in Baldreth's Crossing!
Community Assistance
To make sure that our various craftspeople don't fall victim to the local supply and demand, there will be various one-to-many contracts to help buy up the goods that would otherwise go unsold (or if you simply wish to use it as a quick way to sell your goods). This ensures that our craftspeople have more time to devote to their craft and that we have a steady stream of goods flowing to the other settlements in our county and to the greater kingdom.
We will also have a pseudo-leadership role in the county called Pillars of the Community (or Pillars for short). The Pillars will be leaders and advisers of their specific craft or trade. They will be someone the community looks up to and trusts to advise those who need help with their trade. They can also be seen as mediators within their circle. For example, if a large amount of blacksmiths disagree with a recent change in policy, they would go to their Pillar of Blacksmithing. The Pillar would hear their case and take it directly to the count. These Pillars will be appointed over time, as it is difficult to see who will excel and lead within their trade circle until CoE has begun in earnest.

Our head scribe is currently compiling the tale of our beginnings from various sources. After he is finished speaking with those who bore witness or took part of all the happenings leading to our town and county's creation, his compendium shall be posted here.
