Description:
This is a recruitment thread for the barony of Shadeburg subject to the Vorinsthar and Pierott Family. The Barony of Shadeburg is a military settlement located on the frontlines of the Duchy of Tenebrae. Bannerhouse Vorinsthar's castle, Castle Shadeburg, is located within this barony. The castle and barony are ruled by Count Nizari Einden.
The barony is currently seeking knights to enfeoff. The Order of Shade is the division of the knights. These knights are the pride of Bannerhouse Vorinsthar's army and as such only the most loyal and skilled among the people will be allowed to join. The knights accepted into The Order must follow a few requirements but are granted land, resources and many other benefits. More information found at The Order of Shade
These Knights, and Lieutenant Knights (officers) of Shadeburg will gather and live a portion of their lives at the Shadeburg. Defending the burg from its enemies, and going on campaigns through the county, and outside of it at the Dukes discretion.
The Barony of Shadeburg also requires guards for the town as well as someone willing to become captain of the guard. These men will be granted a home, salary or a small plot of land in return for their services protecting the citizens and maintaining the order of the barony.
