I would personally recommend checking out Bordweall. Your guild would more than likely be welcome in any of its duchies or counties and you probably could find a lot of work as well. I personally am from Newel County in the Duchy of Bloodoak. The links can be found in my signature. I personally would like to talk to you about your idea more because it sounds similar to the guild I run and we are currently looking for officers. As far as i know, the biomes and land for kingdoms haven't been picked yet, but it doesn't affect my question to much. I was wondering if anyone could recommend me to their county specifically, if you are interested in my idea.
So my idea and goal is to create a faction or guild that specializes in the following
Mercenary work, as long as it doesn't interfere negatively with the laws of the land.
Bounty Hunting, as long as it doesn't interfere negatively with the laws of the land,
Protection services, escorting people, packages, or caravans
can be hired temporary as a private military organization for the county, duchy, or kingdom
Can host training exercises for the public
My guild will also host a store out of our main guildhall where people can buy the following
Unique weapons
Unique armor
and mounts trained and bred to accomplish certain tasks
The last thing my guild would host would be a series of gladiator tournaments held in our guilds arena, the following would ensure
Fun and interesting fights in the arena, with added stipulations, and prizes
A place the locals could hang out and enjoy
The locals could also stage bets, and vote on what fights they would want to see next.
We would also use this arena to train our new recruits in
My guild could also rent out the arena to the local guard or army to train in aswell
I also plan to have jousting and multiple different combat styles compete in the arena
I really wanting to join a county and or duchy that would want to host my guild and arena idea. I know that no one has picked the biomes yet, but i would be interested in joining a county or duchy that have plans to have a big trading city, that would be interested in having my Guild in, not only does a big trading city help my guild, by allowing the guild to extend its services to protecting the caravans coming through, and also selling stuff that people may need for the road, a lot of people would probably want to see or participate in fights, so my arena would drive the local economy. I would prefer a county that would need my services, and that may not have existing plans to have a arena or a large mercenary guild, so that my guild has some room to work with, plus i dont see the point in having multiple arenas in just one city. Im just trying to find somewhere we may be needed, but at the end of the day its the people that matter, i just want to do good within the county i join and maybe the good we all do in the county or duchy may reverberate throughout the kingdom and server. I know im in luna, but i do want to make sure that people recommend my NA - East locations, because that would be the best server for me, because i live in the East U.S.

What you're wanting to create will not just be a single kingdom, Duchy, Or County. It could be any Kingdom, Duchy, or County. If I were you I will take my own time go through each of the Kingdoms and Duchies to see where you best fit in. See who you can feel most at home. Perhaps you don't need to be aligned to anyone and be a freelancer to provide services to these Kingdoms, Duchies, and Counties for a cost. The highest bidder whom I would prefer.
