Gestures and culture

As we already know, the tribes will all have different languages, and from some of the lore we know that gestures can help with communication between persons that do not speak the same language.

However, on earth, in some cases some gestures can have a different meaning in different cultures (see for example https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8JFsgi7NMAA )

Will different cultures in CoE interpret certain gestures differently?

There are also gestures IRL that have no meaning outside of some specific culture, this could be implemented too.
