The Scribes Scociety of Elyria is the oldest association for scribes. It had been founded on a US-Server but was valid also on the EU-server where it now found new strength. Today, on the shortest day of the year, its my first day as director.

The main focus of TSSoE is the profession of a Scribe and to connect apprentices with experts. Nothing gets done in Elyria without a contract, and so nothing gets done without a Scribe. As notary a Scribe has to be neutral and smart to see the desires of contract partners and set up all according to law and satisfaction of customers. Registres of contracts, law books and a lot of konwledge is the base to be a good Scribe. Masters will have apprentices and use the standards of Inkdot Guild for the best training. The Club for Master Scribes at TSSoE is the heart of all. It brings foreward love for the profession and acts of charity.
Authors and Writers of any kind are invited to join. We will collect written word and give away prizes for good literature.
To provide free materials for members to train and improve their skills we have supporting members. There are Suppliers that trade on our virtual marketplace with special conditions for us, and Patrons, Patrons are nobles who, can offer permissions, rooms, contacts or money
As non-profit organization we are interested in collecting and sharing knowledge to improve quality and gain honor. So we use at least the standards of Inkdot Guild for training and production. Students can ask for financial support.
The TSSoE retains all rights to any documents produced using our crafting stations, our tools or our supplies. But you're more than welcome to craft with your own mats outside of TSSoE.
We try to connect every university and school related to Scribing and paperwork to share knowledge with us. Resurch is coordinated to avoid mistakes and safe resources.
