Crimson County is positioned on the northern border of the royal Rhynelands duchy.
Geographic Resources : Stone, Minerals, Game, Foraging, Farmland, Caves, Freshwater
Settlement Industries: 1/3 of the settlements are military industries, 1/3 of the settlements are mining/production based and the rest are either dryland or pastoral farming settlements.
Mayors: We are currently looking for mayors to join our county and respect IP order. I know some other counties have been hostile about randoms picking but you are not to worry here. If their is an open town, take it. I look forward to meeting you and welcoming you into our community.
Main Industry Focuses: Miltiary, Smithing, Farming
Crimson County exists to secure and safeguard the northern region of the Rhynelands and will build to become a major military power in the region. True to the Brudvir "Clan Culture" your honor and word in the county mean everything. We need to stand united as a family and be able to rely on each other at all times in the county. We protect our own at all costs.
During times of peace the County will be running numerous events, competitions and contests for both military players and civilian players. Winners of these events can expect notoriety throughout the county and a generous amount of wealth delivered to them. We want our citizens to grow and succeed in their industries as top priority. We cannot protect our duchy if we ourselves are not succeeding.
Due to this level of trust and cooperation, county level laws will be light to allow all mayors to further play their city how they want to play them. The only time laws will be strictly enforced is when that trust and bond is broken and a detriment to the county is caused. Otherwise, you are free to do as you wish.
What events do we offer to PvP Players?
(We officially have purchased the arena from the Store, get ready to brawl!)
Gladiator Matches: This type of event will be a staple among warriors in Emberfall Keep. This is a perfect opportunity to hone your skills, test your might against the strongest in the county and make a name for yourself. Succeeding in these events and continuous shows of your combat prowess will make you a respected and feared warrior in the county and you will have first pick at the highest paying missions and combat-oriented contracts in the county.
Jousting/Racing: Do you excel at mounted combat and ride a war-beast into battle? Demonstrate your talent in big jousting and racing tournaments. Are you an animal tamer that has a beast with a speed comparable to none? Don't worry, you can enter, pay a small fee and one of our expert riders in the military will race your animal to success. These type of events are less common than our gladiator matches but pay similarly.
Team vs Team Combat: This type of event will consist of standard types like Capture the Flag and King of the Hill where teams will be put against each other in order to complete the objective task. These events will not only prove your skills in combat but demonstrate your teamwork capabilities to the military leaders of the county. On top of the payout for the winning, who knows what being on their radar can lead to. Military positions? Promotions? A top-secret mission for the county?
What events and programs do we offer to PvE Players?
Craftsman Competition: This is an event where an industry will be chosen and experts of that industry will be able to sign-up and must craft their best work in that industry by the end of the event. During this time, they will present their work to a panel of experts of that industry and have it judged. The winner will be payed to mass produce that product and will have it sold throughout the county with government assistance.
Farmer's Market: This event is pretty basic. The farmer that signs up for this event and brings in the best quality crops and/or livestock to the competition will receive a hefty amount of gold to expand their territory and produce more of their wonderful resources.
Government Contracting: Once you have become an official guild you can apply for government contracts and quests. Why are these special? These contracts are big and high paying jobs which will not only increase your reputation AND fame but your wealth much more than a standard contract could. These are also exclusive contracts to businesses so you can use these high paying jobs to recruit even more members. Solo players and Start-ups will not have access to these jobs thus making it more valuable to you as a guild.
Agency Program: This is where businesses can look to align their guilds as official government agencies. Government agencies will be exempt of tax, have increased security provided by law enforcement, funding and can apply for government sponsored grants to aid development. Any business can apply but few will be accepted. These businesses are guaranteed success, wealth and security. After you have been reviewed by the council and accepted, you must meet with the count to discuss terms. As an agency of the government, the government does not pay you for your products. You receive the above services and funding instead. When you meet with the count, you will negotiate the max value that the government can claim each week from your business.
