What can be said of my home that it does not say itself?
What was once a village of wanderers and vagabonds has become a town of explorers of the world, what is, what is not, and what might be.
By the sea, amidst sprawling farmland, sits our town, Xikkad, our stable place.
Beyond the orchards and fields lies our marketplace, lined with verdant parks, a bustling bazaar, our veritable menagerie of an aviary, rows of stocked stores, and our beloved tavern, the Stubborn Raven, known throughout the county for the finest drinks around.
The people here are diverse, reasonable and inviting, more than willing to accept most and provide a new home, while hopefully helping to greater things.
While proud of our home, we always dream of what could be done, what is beyond the horizon and what sits on the other side of the ethereal veil.
