I don't believe the rewards for TSP have been awarded yet. None of these rewards were really time sensitive with regard to the milestones we have been hitting like DSS so they are simply still pending to get handed out.

It worries me a little bit because we are receiving rewards for other events. But not from an event that happened over a year ago.
And as I want to be a doctor, these items are more valuable for me than others.
Well, we still haven't even gotten some of the stretch goal items from the original kickstarter itself, such as the 'Seeds from Angelica's Tear' in our inventory. Still, even if these items aren't represented within our inventory what's important is that they got it recorded within their main database.
It seems we will get the items from this event relatively soon this time though, which if it'll be the case means they are beginning to address that backlog of items.
