I was working OS and didn't get to claim my town in DS&S, i know where i want to plant my flag (nobody has claimed it yet) but I'm not sure how to get this sorted.

I've emailed the notification mail i got about the "original" date but i got nothing back and it's been a month. Can someone as Soulbound get back to me on how to sort this, thank you.
