Our Purpose!
Centurions Primary purpose upon Elyria is to gather like minded people in the craft of blacksmithing so that all can benefit from individual knowledge and experience as a collective. And by joint effort of our members we will grow until all in Tryggr can share in our knowledge, prosperity and excel in their field.
Another of Centurions purposes is to help players play the way they want with minimal effort on the players part.
But of course that is not our only purpose on Elyria as another purpose of Centurion is to gather people of the same craft to gather as much knowledge about blacksmithing as possible. So that we can share it with all members of Centurion in an effort to help every member prosper in Elyria.

Who are the Centurion Group?
Centurion is a Guild and Business in CoE terms that will focus on the production, research and sale of everything a blacksmith can make. Centurion is my effort to gather like minded people so that we together can excel in our chosen field together.
We are based in Tryggr with a HQ in the county of Skadia ruled by house Eriksson.
Who to join Centurion?
There are two ways you can gain access to Centurion.
Alternative 1: Normal Joe
The first way is too just join Centurion as the average Joe, you don't really have anything but you would like to be a Blacksmith.
Then there is the option for you to take over a Centurion owned store/smithy or start working at one. The option to manage your own smithy is limited as at launch Centurion will provide a limited number of Smiths to manage at launch. So it's first come first serve.
The only thing Centurion requires of you is to pay a small fee and when called upon by centurion to craft something you will try to help by the best of your ability.
The Smithy will come in the form of a Stone smithy that is as of now the highest level of smithy.
Alternative 2: Centurion Associate
You can become an associate if you have a Smithy in Tryggr you do not have to be in the county of Skadia. Skadia is only were the HQ will be located.
Second alternative is to join Centurion as a Centurion Associate. This means you already have your own store when joining Centurion. Centurion Associate stores/smithies will not be managed by Centurion Guild but by said owner who joined.
There are two things Centurion require of you and that is to share any existing patents owned by you with Centurion for the good of all the members of the guild. Second is that Centurion Associates are expected to pay a yearly fee to the guild for the benefits gain trough membership. Centurion will will never meddle in your affairs except if guild patents are misused.
Being Centurion Associate has certain perks that will be listed further down.
Benefits for Centurion members:
Normal Joe:
Benefits for the normal Joe to join Centurion is that you wont have a start up cost for your profession as Centurion provides everything you will need.
Running your own business.
Access to all Guild experience, information and patents patented by the guild.
Access to a Pension when you can no longer work the hammer.
Safety net.
Better trade opportunities with centurion help.
Centurion associates:
Centurion Associate
No meddling from the guild itself except for making sure patents are not misused.
Safety net allowing for recovery of damaged or stolen goods.
Access to the Guilds experience, information and patents patented by the guild.
Better trade with Centurion help to gain better prices on minerals.
Responsibilities:
GM:
My responsibilities as a GM is to make sure everything runs smoothly and that everyone has what they need to have a fun time and to grow. It's also my responsibility to grow and expand the Guild and manage its contacts.
Store Manager:
Your job as a Store Manager is just that to manage the store in the name of the Guild. Your job is basically to take up on commissions from customers, train new members and research whenever you feel like it. There is also the responsibility to keep the store stocked with supplies and a base level of equipment to be sold.
Centurion associates:
Basically to pay your yearly fee and have fun. Centurion don't meddle in what you do with your time.
Members:
Your responsibility is to keep in mind that you represent the guild and to hone your skill.
Pension
Pension will be added for every year you are a member of Centurion until the day you quit or can no longer work. Not applicable to Centurion Associates. Still W.I.P and needs to be tested in alpha/beta/expo.
Centurion Smithy:
Anyone chosing to take over a smithy from centurion will have to pay a small fee every 4 Elyrian years or 4 weeks irl to keep running the smithy.
As store manager you are expected to pay your workers but otherwise all the profits stays in your smithy. Centurion wont meddle with your day to day business if you pay your fee to the guild.
Centurion Associates Fee:
The fee for membership by Centurion associates will be collected every 4 Elyrian years or 4 weeks irl.
Failure to pay fee:
Failure to pay for 2 consecutive years after deadline and 2 warrnings will result in a Guild kick and revoke of all privileges. The associate can rejoin but only if he pays the fee of 5 Elyrian years.

Centurion Associates
