I think he might be referring to Emery's Kingdom and Duchy Master List? As for OP's question, there's not really a great way to determine who is going to end up as what tribe until after domain selection. You don't necessarily have to pick a kingdom before then, though, especially if your starting tribe is important to you. It also depends on your pledge level. If you're not a Mayor/Baron or higher, them you have a bit more flexibility in terms of playing the tribe you want even if they're not the main tribe of your kingdom.

Will fall about Trimester 2 of 2018 or around that time. I heard it mentioned by one king depends on Map and tribe location. So really depends on that first choice and the rest will fall like Domino's.
