A very rough sketch/floor-plan of the guild house (very much W.I.P.) :
Builds and books is located in the demalion empire / The duchy of terenia/ The County of Lyanthea/ The Town of Tenerath. The Guild is going to be specialising in architecture, building and the collection of stories and books for the library located in our guild house.
In builds and books we will have architects to design houses for clients. There will be builders for if a client wants the house also buildt by our guild. The library is our second addition, it will be more of a hobby than a job but it will be part of this guild. We will collect stories and write them down, but also already completed books. The library will be free for use by all guild members but there will be a fee for non members to support the library.

Sounds interesting, i plan on being an architect myself but i'll be in Nirath, so i wish you good luck :D maybe one day we'll help each other out as i plan on building all over elyria
