Any budding herbalist or brewing alchemist should know what they are grinding down and processing. As such, I have produced this textbook for the school library and some copies to be sold out in the capital. I mean, you should know what you're doing before you do it. What else are you going to do? Just sit on a stomp and eat everything, hoping nothing kills you or gives you the runs? Let's be logical here.
