Ugh I kinda want a little place like Italy. But I also think little islands would be so cute. But I want mountains. But I want a forestry area with a lake or a river. But I want coastal. I just want it all ;-;

Everything has so much potential

There are a number of locations that I'd enjoy but my top two are:

The desert because I'm originally from a desert and understand that they can have many hidden secrets/gems.

Swamps for similar reasons except I've never lived within a swampy region and think the experience within CoE could be interesting with creatures lurking in the waters

Ideally a County-sized island

An underground river flowing to the sea.

Coast and education are the major "make-it-or-break-it"s for me. Other than that, plains and/or wetlands, preferably with a nearby river and/or lake.

A coastal floodplains ecotone by a river, which leads to a further inland lake, with a learning institution would be ideal.

Maybe foreshadowing the Waterbreathing talent, he actually wants to live on the river. (On other news, seeing as there'll be nomadic wagons that act as movable settlements with the bonuses and workstations, wonder if there'll be boats that also act as such.)

Somewhere snowy with a lot of wood and stone. A large, flat area would be amazing. Otherwise, I'd want to be situated on top of a mountain with a decent amount of surface area at the top (that isn't volcanic, preferably...) and enough snowfall to supply water for the inhabitants of the settlement there. Ideally, there'd also be something large and fast enough to be domesticated and ridden, and a thriving ecosystem with a good amount of dangerous wildlife to make it difficult to get around without the perks of civilisation.

I wanna choose a settlement along a river or on the coast of the tropical wetlands. with palm trees and pale blue waters. real life sucks I wanna be on a vacation whenever i'm in coe

Somewhere with coniferous trees, but not in the middle of a forest. A small river or stream is a must. If there are mountains nearby that would be ideal, so that the settlement would be walled by a mountain on one side.

An area with grasslands, forests and hills, crossed by a few small rivers and with broadleaf forests, taiga and mountain steppe nearby.

Yeah. And all within a day's walk preferrably. :)
