I'm just happy it will be in the game! :)
It will be in the game, but at the beginning will only probably be limited to coastal vessels, think greek triremes or Viking longships.
As the story progresses, more advanced ships get unlocked and depending on the direction, we could see frigates or galleons appear on the seas.
Yes, and we will get to design them to some degree.
