At the moment i'm having issues embedding an image or linking a URL

I've gotten an error taken the screenshot however I can't post the image to show you as the error appears again.

I get: Sorry, Something went wrong. Note: Posting a URL requires at least 250 influence.

I've got over 41k influence? I just rarely post.
