As for me,

There are NPCs claims on my County. Which should not be happening yet since we are still at the Read Only phase.

Please check on Ballysage farm, Stormspider and Inner Night in Doreinior, Sommerlund, Aequitas, OCE server.

It is also possible to identify the number of NPC picks on the Domain Overview Panel, Availabilty, Settlements ratio. Currently it shows 9/12 for my County, but there are 6 picks. Not sure if it is intended or not.
