I just read that we can build TREE HOUSES

"It’s even possible to mount large platforms to the side of massive trees in order build light structures on top of the platforms. That’s right – tree houses!"

Does this game ever stop getting more awesome? So psyched.

I know! I'm really stoked to see whole towns in treetops.

Me too! I want to BUILD a whole town in the trees!

You'll have you ask Paul Bunyan to chop down those trees!

Holy heck, I absolutely must have a tree house... Literally, must.

Ah man i feel you... My CoE play resume: Be a ward, go 'explorer', make tree-house hideout for my stuff, keep exploring, ..., die.

Restart as a Ward, go search for hideout to resupply again then exploring!

I just wanna be that crazy hermit, living in a treehouse far into the forest. Hunting there and ocasionally visiting the nearby village for supplies that I can't get and delivering my hides.

Might get boring though :P

It should realistically take a good amount of time and effort to chop such a large tree (big enough to support living) down, so with the right preparation and storage one would have the definite height advantage to anyone who comes to chop down the tree.

Oooh I like your thinking. Wanna come live in my tree house town?

Tree-village vs flame arrows.... :D

But I´d love to see it too!

I definitely want to visit, but I think my house is going to be a little ramshackle farm, which will probably need to be on the ground. (I do plan to have a little treehouse hideaway though.)

I'd seen it but not rightly looked into the option yet as it doesn't quite fit my style but seems like a interesting challenge.

If you're looking for some folk to talk to about the idea I'm gathering some of the architecture posts here.
