+8

The Grand Lodge de Oliva is a guild of guilds focused on the construction of structures and established between Solicia and Meridia, contributing to the most important constructions in the County of Tarsis, and offers their services to the Duchy of Lemuria and the Kingdom of Al-Khezam. The development of buildings requires coordination between professions, which include:

  • Builder

  • Engineer

  • Quarrier

  • Mason

  • Woodcarver

  • Miner

  • Blacksmith

  • Woodcutter

  • Glass Maker

  • Woodworker

Anyone interested in developing one of these professions can be part of the Lodge.

Liberty - every mann being is free, to join or to leave the Lodge.

Solidarity - we help each other, even they are not from the Lodge.

Responsibility - the work of every member commits to the Lodge.

The Alarife, or Grand Master, is responsible for organizing the Lodge. Its main task is to coordinate all the projects of the cities and towns of the County of Tarsis. From the headquarters in Meridia, the Alarife gathers all the available Masters when there is a new work.

The masters are titles granted by the Alarife to an outstanding official to coordinate the different professions necessary for the construction. They have voice and vote in the assembly. The masters can present proposals to debate in the assembly. To get ahead they must have the support of two thirds of the assembly, which will be constituted by a master of each profession and the Alarife of the Lodge or Guardian of the corresponding Lodge. If there is more than one master per profession, the assembly seat will rotate each week. The Alarife can veto a proposal or decision that harms the Lodge. Every master is required to have at least one apprentice at the same time.

After 5 years, the apprentice will become official if he has shown good management of his craft. The officer performs more complex tasks such as the preparation of materials from raw materials. He has a voice but no vote in the assembly, with the prior permission of the Grand Master.

The apprentices are 13 years old to enter the Lodge. Once accepted into the Lodge, a master will be assigned to the apprentice. His job is to learn by sight while helping with the procurement or transport of materials, all under the supervision of his master.

A living wage, according to the time invested and the work done, we will pay fairly for each worker, in addition to learning a career and earning a reputation for working for the growth and development of our community.

Any inhabitant can contract the services of the Lodge to build a home or a shop, always with the consent of the baron or the mayor of his settlement.

In addition, any member of the Lodge may use the tools and craft stations, reserving a shift in advance. The more that person or guild contributes to the Lodge, the more time you can enjoy the tools and craft stations of the Lodge.

Each time we sign a contract for the construction of a work in Tarsis, the Grand Master will meet with the masters of each profession to coordinate their teams and apprentices in the construction of the building. The masters will send the apprentices to transport the resources while the officers build the foundations of the building.

We are looking for guilds of masons, carpenters, glass-blowers, stonecutters even transporters to be part of the Grand Lodge de Oliva and to be able to extract and elaborate the necessary materials for the construction of the best buildings in the whole of Elyria.

Leave a message here and we will get in touch with you. If you are a single person or if you manage a guild, we want to listen to you.

Our motto is:

"A good apprentice may become a Grand Master"

Today I gladly joined the Grand Lodge de Oliva. I share same interest and principles as the lodge and we have the same objectives in the game. After shortly speaking to Alazar de Oliva, I believe my arrival is one of the first steps to expand the lodge presence outside Tarsis, into another duchy of Nirath. I believe this is a very right step forward to bring the lodge services to the whole Kingdom of Nirath.

UPDATE

  • Added Earldom of Thunormore to the Grand Lodge de Oliva, headquarters located at Wenport
  • Added The Lodge Guardians, those who manage locally the Lodge in their territories. Once the Guardian gets an offer to build, the Guardian will notice to the Gran Maestre how many buildings and which type do the community needs. A strategy will be drawn to simplify the work. The Guardian will also manage the maintenance of the buildings in his House ( Territory ) giving them a great autonomy.
