Unlike many of the groups in this world, we are one of the few who have the intelligence and awareness to survive the coming onslaught. Our success in consolidating some of the greatest groups to hit the community, so far, speaks to our commitment. We came together under a flag of understanding in order to creat an economy that was predictable, a military that was dependable, and a set of policy and surrounding community that can back that system up. We were tired of the words and promises of others and came together to enact our ideal. We are a consortium of duchies, organizations, and individuals who strive for a greater unity within our ranks to promote the growth of all members and to better benefit those within our Charter, and those who have Allied with our Alliance. This ideal is created through a joint economic policy, joint military strategy, and overall unity in the way we react to Elyria to establish stability, generate growth, and empower our members within our region in order to have a greater voice on the world stage (as well as a smoother and more enjoyable play experience).

Specifically, we are recruiting a Council representative organization to undertake the military aspects of our Alliance. While we already house many tactical minds and a pre-existing guild well suited for pvp, none so directly want to take part in the task of the safety of our Alliance alone. In short, We are looking for a large pvp guild to call our region home and to work with us in creating a stable region and economic union. The benefits to this pvp group are numerous as they can be assured economic policy will be stable, beneficial, and many of the tasks of the game outside of PvP and military strategy will already be handled by people specialized in that matter. They will gain the knowledge pool, economic power, and military body of the Alliance along with the numbers and power of their existing PvP group. They will also be given a thorough introduction into the server community on NA-W and be caught up with the threats, risks, and rewards we have planned for exposition.
Large PvP guilds who seek to attain this position, and a guaranteed representative on the Highest Council, should come to our Discord and talk to our leaders. Understand, you and your organization will be heavily vetted and check for reliability, through historical evidence from other games, and so on. We will not take just any guild for our Alliance as safety and security are at the very top of our list. We cannot fail our people and we cannot fail our allies and if you succeed we will not fail you.
We plan to spearhead the most highly organized and designed economic system to date. We will intricately balance the economic and military necessities of our region in order to ensure the prosperity of our members no matter the political turmoil of greater Elyria. We will combine modern schools of thought and lessons from history to establish the most prosperous community on any server.

While autonomy is still promoted on a micro-scale to members of our Alliance. We require that members follow the greater macro-economic policies and military strategy that is required at the time, enumerated within the Charter and subject to change. We need a joint strategy that adapts to the world around us while creating a predictable and controlled economic entity. The economy of Svellaros needs policy that prevents exploitation between members and promotes a unified growth strategy to bolster everyone in the alliance against the coming storm.
The Council, The Assembly, and You
The Council, as it stands in the current Charter (Total WIP, very early 1st draft), holds total guidance over the policies of the Alliance in order to create a unified strategy that can react quickly to changes in the world of Elyria. We shall provide means in which to have your own representative in the Council as well as provide a body below the Council that can help run the Alliance as a whole. The specifics of this relationship are enumerated within the Charter.
Do be warned, a vote within either the Council or the Assembly requires a backer tier (Baron+). If you do not have one you need to have a representative that can fulfill that aspect, combine your opinions with a group that does, OR be allowed a vote by the Council (Merit Based Vote). We need a government with teeth and that power is granted by the sovereignty in this world. We cannot avoid this and we must establish a rule so that our Alliance has the power to influence the policy of the region effectively.
