Tyr (Tj) Solister
The Solister family has lead Beyla for several generations. One of the newer counties in the Duchy it sits in the north eastern portion of the lands. Because of the land the county has been focusing in agriculture. Focusing most on the production of wine and foods. With the vineyards in the county it makes for a excellent tourism destination for relaxation and parties. With this in mind the county will help facilitate the agriculture and breeding industry within the area. Anyone else who is not into agriculture will still get a benefit where the county will assist others who wish to start a business within the county.
Beyla is setup so that every citizen will have an opportunity to hold elected leadership position within the county. The leadership positions will be known as County Council Members.

Black Crystal - County seat - Black Crystal's focus is on Wine and beer production, and Supplies.
