Goal:

1. To provide an organization that will attempt to conserve the fauna surrounding the Kingdom of Kairos.
2. To provide an educational place that will help provide information pertaining to the identity and care of the fauna present in and around Kairos.
3. To provide jobs for the people within the community.

Extended Goal:

To provide a place in Elyria that will be a conservation zone of the fauna in Elyria.

Organization Structure:

1. The organization holds an invite to all counties within the Kingdom of Kairos.
2. The intention is to have zoos in select counties.

----->The counties requesting participation will be selected by the Count and Countess Tzayelle for approval to join the organization.

1. All zoos in the organization will not compete with each other over popularity, but instead have the intention to help each other in growth and management as well as educating the populace as a whole of the various animals.

2. Each zoo will be free of charge to enter for public viewings.

---->Counties will be in charge of providing funds to their zoos.

----->(We request that any county who will be unable or refuses to do this not make an attempt to participate in this organization as a member.)

4A.) Donations will be accepted and all donations will go towards their respective zoos.

4B.) The organization will also host various events either across the whole kingdom involving all the zoos at once or occasionally in one or so many zoos at once. These events will have an admission fee and that will go toward any respective zoos involved.

4C.) As the zoos grow and prosper, it is a goal of the organization to hopefully host various special educational sessions to help teach people interested in animal care/husbandry/ect. These special sessions will have an admission fee that will go towards any respective zoos.

5.) Each zoo will have 3 representatives that are chosen by their participating county.

---->Each representative will be in charge of organizing, managing, and executing tasks related to the zoo given to them via the organization; their Duke or King; or purely for the necessity of maintaining their zoo.

----->(ie: Real life comparison: Zoo vice presidents and/or presidents).

5A.) These representatives cannot officially be Dukes.

---->(The reason for this is due to the organization trying to maintain itself strictly at a county level kingdom wide for the time being).

----->Dukes may instead dictate final word of their decision for their particular duchy’s zoo, if entirely necessary, via the cordial title/position/hierarchy customary.

------>(The organization politely asks that any final word made by a Duke/Duchess in demand for a change to any zoo participating in the organization please be mentioned to The Count and Countess Tzayelle for purposes of verifying that such a change did come from these respected titles).

6.) TZRF the organization will be classified for the game system as an "association" and TZRF the zoo, located within Krypshyre county, currently has the intention to be classified for the game system as a "school".

6A.) “Employees” will learn all animal-handling related skills for free (if game mechanics allow) in exchange for helping upkeep of the zoos they attend. And as the zoos grow, the goal is to hopefully be able to have “full-time” attending zookeepers.

6B). All participating counties will be held in charge of the hiring process pertaining to their respective zoos as well as determining how many people will be necessary to maintain their zoos.

6C). Members will be free to providing ideas and offer advice that will benefit all participants of the organization with the final decree of any major decision being made by the Count and Countess Tzayelle.

The Tzayelle Zoological Research Foundation is meant to be viewed as something similar to the real world WAZA (World Association of Zoos and Aquariums), with an aim to be on the scale of WAZA in game sometime in the future history or Elyria. We do not wish to remove the freedom of any zoo who wishes to be involved. Though there will be "Organization Rules"; these rules are meant to be upheld to help the organization as a whole and not strip the individualism of any participating zoos. The organization itself would be, in a sense, the umbrella to encompass the multiple zoos and act as a networking source to help communication and build with like minded establishments.

Our current ambitions are on a kingdom level for our personal kingdom, at least until things in game are established; but we are not closing doors go negotiation with people of other kingdoms, we just will more than likely be strictly in a negotiating phase until launch.

Pre-Exposition Launch Goals:

1.) If possible, if SbS were able to provide more information about the fauna, a document will be put together by Peachii (Countess Tzayelle) that will outline all possible animals that a zoo may acquire based on size and habitat needs.

1. ) If possible, once SbS talks more about contracts, laws, and punishments, all counties involved will meet to discuss organization regulations and agree to changed terms based on decisions made by Peachii and Teylan.

------>This meeting will also be open for any participating counties to discuss any questions or suggestions they may have.

3.) In any variations of the game prior to exposition, if possible, all participating counties try to sustain a certain portion of their county build for the building of their zoo.

Exposition Launch Goals:

1.) If possible, attempt at building the zoos if this is a project not yet started and does not get in the way of finishing any other projects that are 100% necessary to be finished before official launch.

Game Launch Goals:

1.) Make an attempt to start building and/or finishing any unbuilt zoos within the organization as quickly as possible. This includes both atmosphere and finding any appropriate animals to put within the zoos.

----- The reason for doing this is to provide as soon as possible a place for people who will be involved in maintaining the zoo to go ahead and start raising their respective skill levels as quickly as possible.

We will be hoping to mainly partner with various breeding, science-focused, taming, and farming organizations; but the TZRF is always open to negotiation with various other types of schools, guilds, and associations for a variety of reasons not exclusive or strictly related to things pertaining only to a zoo. Though our personal emphasis is on subjects related to animals and the conservation of, we would be happy to hear ideas and negotiate for hosting events of all kinds.

"The sanctums purpose is not only to share the religion of our region with as many as possible, but it also serves another important purpose, and that is to collect and store the history and lore of not only our own nation, but eventually the world as a whole."

TZRF is excited to be working with this organization within the county of Krypshyre, and will be working hand in hand with the scribes in developing guide books on the animals within the various zoos in both a visual and text format. We will also be using the Sanctum of Iione to help some zoos keep extensive records of events and various other things relating to the history and development of the zoos.

(Currently, there is no application set up for counties to fill out in regards to interest in joining the organization. This does not mean that selection of members will not be taken without serious consideration. Though providing that we (the players) are currently limited to a lot of things regarding CoE, we will still request that any people of interest wanting to participate in the organization at least provide their reasons for wanting to join).

(Though this thread is mainly for the recruitment of counties interested in the organization, Teylan and Peachii are open to accepting and making note of non-count(ess) related people who are interested and possibly looking for a "job" within any participating zoos. A list of names will be kept of interested people and reviewed before exposition and official launch that any people on the list are still interested in their requested positions. Though it is not promised that any one person will be given a position at any zoo, considering it is mainly up to participating counties to do the hiring for their zoos, Teylan and Peachii will at least make a recommendation and attempt to set up an interview process between any counties and interested persons).

Positions Needed

(These roles are ones we suspect the organization will need multiples of for the various zoos. These rolls are subject to change either by elimination and/or combining titles as more game info for skills are further revealed. Some roles may not be necessary or available to certain zoos within the organization).

-Caretakers (Zookeepers--general grounds people as well as those who would normally be in charge of feeding and caring for the animals daily).

-Breeders (Though the position calls for the title given exclusively, this position may be combined with general "Caretaker" in the future).

-Researchers (Be it medicine, genetics, or anything else that may benefit the zoo).

-Managers (Positions not entirely exclusive to the representative spots listed above, but a buffer between other employees and them as well as a possible dedication to running a specific area of a zoo).

Slight alterations to post #1: made a tweek about uncertainty as to if the TZRF will be a school or an association. This is still being discussed, but the thought for the time being we are aiming for TZRF the organization an association and then all zoos apart to be schools that will also double as the park-like zoo displays people expect.
