The Síðastr Jötunnøðr
Who, What and Where is Síðastr Jötunnøðr?
The Síðastr Jötunnøðr is an archery guild, with a main focus on training of archers and huntsmen. They have their headquarter inside the City of Väderfölne, capital of the County of Hräsvelg, within Turadh [See map]. The Síðastr Jötunnøðr will have a double guildhall, sharing it with the Jörmungandr Explorers. Besides the Headquarter, the Síðastr Jötunnøðr plans to have at least one outpost in atleast each dutchy to ensure that every Tryggr member recieves the training he needs and the meat he wants.

Structure of the Guild:
The Councils: The Síðastr Jötunnøðr will have two councils. Each one is working independent and will focus on different topics.
The small Council:
It will consist of five Members. One member of the Privy Council, the High Jarl [Fodtro Vánagandr], the Jarl , a Thane [Eltanin Vánagandr] and the Grandmaster [Elitevulture]. Their task is to decide over the distribution of archers and hunters across the Kingdom both in time of peace and war. If there's no need, the archers will be directed to the Journeyman-Mission-Board. (More about that in discord)
Council of Masters:
The Council of Masters consists of all masters of the Guild. Their task is to create new training tactics, advise the grandmaster if assembled and to anually elect a new grandmaster within the guild.
Ranks and their duties:
The Guild will follow a strict hierarchy, nonetheless the higher ups have to show respect to the lower ranked and help them if needed.
Grandmaster:
The grandmaster is the head and heart of the guild. Any decision regarding the guild has to be aknowledged by him or the Privy Council. In order to make larger decisions he has to assemble the masters in the Council of Masters and discuss this topic. He is responsible for the equipment, the finances and promotion of members of the guild and oversees the training of new apprentices. Currently the Grandmaster is: [Elitevulture]
Master:
The rank of a master is the highest achievable rank. Masters are going to be responsible for the training of an apprentice and are most likely to live at one of the guilds outpost. In order to be called a master, he has to finish a masterpiece (as Bowyer/Arrowsmith [more information will follow, depending on crafting]) or demonstrate his own skill (hunter [more information will follow, depending on skill system]) and be a teacher at the College of Utdannelse. The masters are mostly independent and only observe the orders and commands of the Grandmaster. Masters are called together in case of an urgent business regarding the Síðastr Jötunnøðr.
Journeyman:
This period will be longest and most exciting period in a Síðastas training time. As Journeyman he has to spend 3 more months travelling around, working for Noble Houses as huntsmen or guard, as bowyer/arrowsmith in a small shop, or just wander around and work as bountyhunter. During that time he is free to do whatever he wants as long as he doesn't break the following rules: A Journeyman shall not return to the Headquarters before he has finished the 3 months. (The only exeption is in case of war) A Journeyman shall behave decently and with respect, show respect to his master and shouldn't commit any public nuisance.
Apprentice:
The Apprentice will be supervised by a Masters who is also liable for his apprentices actions. Each Apprentice has to finish a trial period of at least 2 active weeks in which he has to prove that he is worthy of becoming a Síðasta and that this is the right path for him. Before somebody can apply for the rank of an apprentice he has to be able to prove that he is Tryggr, is settled in one of the Kingdoms Barony/Town and has succesfully finished a talk with the Grandmaster. The minimum time an apprentice has to be trained is 2 months (trial period not included). Once the time of training is over the Master presents apprentice to the guild where the apprentice has to show of his skills. Once he has been aknowledged by the masters and grandmasters he will recieve a certificate of apprenticeship, whereby he is accepted to the guild journeymen.
Current Associates
Jörmungandr Explorers Guild: The Síðastr Jötunnøðr and the Jörmungandr will have very close bond and we will train their explorers while they will give us information of the surrounding area and hunting spots.
The County of Dore: The Headquarter of the Síðastr Jötunnøðr will be situated inside the County of Dore and with that the Síðastr Jötunnøðr are going to be responsible for the County's hunting missions.
College of Utdannelse: As a guild who will focus on reasearch and training the Masters of the Síðastr Jötunnøðr will need to be a member of the College of Utdannelse to share their knowledge of bowcrafting and training tactics inside the outpost and the college.
Druids of Faedin: The Síðastr Jötunnøðr will help the students of Mending to find the path to the skill of hunting and train them in hunting.
Vault of Njodr: The Síðastr Jötunnøðr will send and train the archers to secure the Vault of Njodr at all times.

Minister of Events: The Síðastr Jötunnøðr will hunt for fresh meat for special events. It could be for preparation to a festivals or it could a preparation for a royal member of another kingdom
